Ceres Brewery (Royal Unibrew) "Ceres Bio Pilsner"
33cl brown glass bottle coded "Da consumarsi preferibiliment entro il: 140220 E1332". Sampled on 3 December 2019.
Notes: Obviously organic, and from Denmark. Slightly hazy golden in color beneath a good-sized head of white foam. The aroma is mainly of grainy malt with a smear of grassy and herbal hops. The flavor follows. Stiffly bitter and dry in the finish. Medium bodied and crisp. Nicely balanced but lacking in character. Better than average head retention and lacing.

Dark blond, white, elegant foam.
Grassy smell, not too fresh, and too much malt. Some corn.
Less malty taste, but it lacks the hop freshness.
Still, relatively dry.
Useless.
