Well, I am sitting in Malmö with a friend "testing" some Swedish IPA's along side some of the greatest American IPA's. Just before this beer we had a Ballast Point "sculpin IPA. I must say that being a brewer myself, this is a fantastic beer. In fact I really enjoyed the seriously interesting malt profile of this beer. I have a bit of a cold so I can only say that the friend of mine can attest to a really nice nose. I really could care less about the color of a beer or even how clear it is. The main point is we should judge on taste, smell, mouthfeel and this beer hits the mark. This beer has it own identity, unlike many IPAs being produced today.Bravo Skåne

I like their Pale ale more. Some brewers are just better at making balanced beers with lower abv.

The scent is like any IPA. Strong tropical scents, mainly grapefruit with American hops. The taste is sharp. Apricot, mango and clementines. The finish is slightly acidic with a palpable bitterness. A quite well made IPA. I would have liked a little more balance though

A: Pours hazy copper with a massive tan compact, but still light head. Dissipation sure takes a while, but leaves prette awesome lacings.
S: Sweet caramell malt, roasted and bready. Bitter hops as well as floral are mild. Some tropical fruits in the back.
T: Still kind of mild, malt and bitter hops are in balance. Some tropical fruits alongside oranges and red apples.
M: Aftertaste is bitter and lasts for a while. Body is on the fuller side, while carbonation is mild.
O: Very mild, but with somewhat nice bitterness. But the tropical fruits were too held back.
