A: Color is clear pale copper and the off-white head is medium-tall and a bit airy. Some lacings.
S: Toasted somewhat sweet, bready caramell malt. Bitter hops and floral as well. There's nettles, citrus and pine needles. A Swedish rye-crisp-bread vibe lures in the back.
T: Sweet caramell malt, bready and toasted. In this beer the malt is stronger than the hops, not bad at all. Bitter as well as floral hops. Citric and piney.
M: Body is very smooth and medium full, while carbonation is quite modest. Aftertaste is short and holds a mix of sweet and bitter.
O: This is probably the first APA I've ever had where the malt is more dominant than the American hops - not a bad thing.
