Kristianstad 21/10 2021. 33 cl bottle from Galleria Boulevard, Kristianstad. Black label with stylized red Raspberries.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized beige head. Settles as a thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a boozy fruity scent. Tart notes. Dark, roasted malts. Sweet fruit wine. Sour cherries.
Light carbonation. Quite thick, viscous, soft, creamy, texture. Lightly tingling and a little sticky.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweet and dark with a notable tart undertone.
Wholesome heavy beer with a vinous quality.
