A: The color is dark brown. The small head is a bit compact and pale brown. Only faint lacings.
S: Ginger and mint-oil. Some faint bitter hops. The malt is overpowered by the ginger.
T: Again ginger galore. Sweetness from the dark malt. A little bit sour. The mint is still present.
M: Kind of harsh mouthfeel, medium body and quite strong carbonation. Aftertaste is dry, but not very long.
O: The label states a Brown Ale that tastes like ginger snaps - but the ginger dominates over everything else. As a Brown Ale - a dissaster, as a Herbed Beer not very good.
