Poured from a 12 oz can, best by January 2nd 2026
On the pour, a bit 3 finger white, fluffy head forms on top of a slightly hazy, dark golden body. Head retention is almost annoyingly good for how big the head is.
Aroma is fruity and malty. The hops and fermentation character meld nicely to make a nice and crisp floral, fruity aroma, backed up by crackers malts. For the color it is coming off as very crisp and clean.
Flavor follows the aroma, but there are slightly more fermentation notes present. Despite that it is still quite clean. There is a light bready/malty sweetness that gives way to those floral hops and a gentle bitterness. Not the most "interestesting" beer, but it is a good beer.
Feel is heavier than the flavor and aroma might suggest, bur it is still drinkable. The finish is medium long and quite malty.
Overall this is a good beer flavored beer. While it is an ale, it is clean, crisp, and refreshing. There is a solid malt backbone and just a touch of bitterness. No off flavors as I feel the yeast are welcome here.
