On tap at Golden Road Brewing in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a clear copper with a foamy tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, toast, caramel, and coffee aromas. Taste is much the same with toast and coffee flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of toasty bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a nice amount of coffee that lets the base beer still shine through.

On-tap at the source itself. Brewed with Handsome coffee. On to the beer:
Color looks ruby orange and is topped with an inch of head before it turns into a lace with a few strings. The aroma shows a lot of aromatic coffee beans and brown sugar, something about it is simply great to smell. It also tastes great too, with the coffee leading the charge with roasty, hazelnut accents, and the base mild bringing a pleasing toasted note to the profile. Although light in alcohol, the beer seems like its medium bodied and quite smooth. And needless to say, it drinks very easy.
I was worried that the coffee would defeat the purpose of the base beer. On the contrary, I thought it was a great combo of the two.

A: Pours a clear light-brown with 1-finger thick off-white head which leaves spotty lace.
N: Fresh roasted coffee with a faint cinnamon note. Love coffee, so somewhat biased here.
T: Clean coffee flavor and not much else. Fairly singular and straightforward, well balanced and not overbearing.
M: Semi-medium body and moderate carbonation. Slightly bitter and dry with a clean coffee finish.
O: Clean and sessionable English style mild.

Location: Golden Road Brewery
Serving Type: Tap + Pint Glass
A: A medium chocolate brown and firm white head. Looks a lot like iced coffee
S: Mostly coffee.
T: A whole lot of coffee. The malt almost acts as sugar like one would add to coffee. There is almost no carbonation.
M: Some Coffee grounds(?) in what would be a pretty light / thin summer ale.
O: Handsome Coffee and Ale. It's a low alcohol session coffee ale. Something to wake up with? The coffee grinds were a bit off-putting but in total it was something interesting and new.
