I tried this at Mohawk Blend in SilverLake.

Honestly, this beer tastes identical to Bruery Mischief.
Girlfriend and I even matched this with the Mischief they had on tap and it was hard to distinguish between the two.

Hmmm? Besides that, its pretty standard Belgium Strong Pale.

On tap at Golden Road Brewing in Los Angeles, CA.

Pours a clear orange with a foamy off-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Thick rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, yeast, spice, alcohol, and slight citrus and apricot aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest and spice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of yeast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with tasty flavors but the smell is much better in my opinion.

Collaboration made by Golden Road Brewery for Mohawk Bend's 2nd Anniversary.

Belgian style blonde with a very simplistic recipe of centennial hops and American two-row malted barley (which is also where the name comes from).

Pour is clear golden color with a sparse amount of bubbly head.

The aroma has a cereal malt with a bit of earthiness and a distinctive citrus zest.

It’s got a pretty substantial mouthfeel with a good amount of carbonation.

The flavor starts with some earthy belgian yeast notes that quickly move to a sweet citrus hop that slowly progresses to a cereal malt. The aftertaste has some lingering citrus hop that fades to leave an earthy yeastiness with just a bit of spice and a slight burn on the back of the throat.

This brew was a very enjoyable one. It comes off pretty refreshing for 8.8%.
