Strolling in by myself one evening when I had about an hour to kill. Pretty good selection of about 10-15 beers, several bottled options, weekly specials and a good variety of souvenirs. The lone bartender working that night was friendly and engaging and was knowledgable about the selections. A limited food selection was available and a self serve popcorn machine. Several tables, high tops and bar seating. The outdoor patio with several tables was closed (February). I spoke with some of the patrons (regulars) who were also very friendly and inviting. An overall warm environment and worth heading back.

I finally went for my first visit tonight. Got an industry tasting that was awesome. They have a great variety of beers for your average beer drinker along with the more adventurous drinker!
The servers were informative and super friendly, and most importantly the beer itself was great. The Mosby's raiders was a great dry hoppy beer that really stood out to me. Floral and bright with a strong lingering finish. Very well done. There was only one beer that I wasn't a huge fan of, and only because it was too mild for my taste, but it was definitely drinkable as hell. Definitely worth a trip!

I have visited their taproom several times. They have a good sized outside patio and also seating inside. The servers were very helpful in describing their different beers.
They had 14 beers on tap when I visited. They also had 6 different beers in bombers available to take out.

Stumbled across this place while touring some wineries with the Mrs. Needed to hydrate so beer sounded like a good choice! Warning, you will drive on a dirt road for about a mile or so, just keep going! Very small brewery but they had 12 tap selections. We ordered a sampler which gave you a 5 oz pour of every beer. It's a pretty cool place sort of tucked away in a neighborhood.
In the spring/summer, they have bbq that I hear is pretty good. Lots of outdoor seating.
The beer was all pretty good. I liked Hops the bunny (named after a wild rabbit that lives around the brewery) and Jeb Stuart (imperial stout). All of the beer was a very good representation of its particular style.
They're opening a brewpub in nearby Leesburg soon. This seemed like a great place to spend a lazy Sat afternoon!

First time going, I've been to the winery, it was a perfect fall day. It is a small space, with plenty of out door seating, a smoke pit with bbq, that I did not try. The inside is small yet not too cramped, tiny brewing area. They had 6 beers on tap, a rotating selection. A sampler of 6 is $7. I think Pints are $5 or so. Samples come in 5oz tasters, but they are not filled to the top. The service was excellent, despite being packed to the gills, all of the staff are very attentive and on the spot when you need a beer. They are very friendly as well. I would love to go back when it's less busy, but I have a feeling this may not be possible. Lots of growlers being filled. This is a great stop and if you are doing wine tours in the area, this should be a must visit.
