Appearance: Arrives at the bar with a cloudy honey color and capped by a nice head; spots of lacing hang around
Smell: Juniper berry and citrus pith, with funk and acetic tones
Taste: Acetic and funky on the front end, with juniper tones building; the flavors are held together by some citrus pith underneath; after the swallow, the beer is moderately sour through the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body and moderate carbonation; a little thick for the style
Overall: Interesting marriage of the Brett, the sour tones and the gin barrel treatment
