On tap at Chatham Tap. Board simply said Fountain Square IPA and I can't find any other info elsewhere on it.
Pours clear gold with a bit of an orange hue and a small pillowy white head. Good lacing down the glass.
Classic American IPA nose. Notes of citrus backed up by some bready malts and a touch of pine.
Similar to the nose. Fairly complex for something that doesn't seem to have a big malt bill. A little bit of biscuit stands up to the hops. Citrus and grapefruit are presence along with strong floral notes throughout finishing with a good lingering resin.
Mouthfeel and carbonation are to style.
Nice little brew from a local upstart. Compared favorably to the Two Hearted my girlfriend was drinking which has to be considered a success. I'll definitely be swinging by the tap room next time I have time.
