This wasn't quite as intensely flavored as most winter beers, maybe due to the fact that it's a lager rather than an ale? Generally I prefer mine a little heavier and spicier, but this one was a bit mellower than I expected. ABV was right in line with most other winter warmers, and the color was fantastic. A little tweaking could make this an excellent beer, but even so, it was very good.
