From notes during my GABF 07 trip (had at the brewpub itself).
Creamy and fruity - lighter fruits. Nice and warming with a slightly spicy finish.
Smells slightly fruity as well. Taste is fresh as well.
Nice.
Altogether, I enjoyed my glass of this beer. Would love to try it again so I could take more detailed notes!

This is called a Belgian Amber by B/B, so I'm not really sure how to list it. At any rate this was served in a chalice at 5.50. Sure enough, an amber body with a semi-foaming head. Not what I expect from a Belgian ale. Still it looks pretty good. Nice contrast between the body and head, although the big-dimpled chalice with thick glass makes it look thin.
Slight spice and phenolics arrange in the aroma. I think the wideness of the glass disperses the smell...or I'm an idiot.
Tastes like a dubbel, with a bit more malt in it. Nice smooth spice and citrus. As it warms it becomes smoother. Yeast really calms down, imo, as it drinks.
Swallowed the last few sips in one gulp. oops.
