8% ABV. "Scotch ale Stranahan Whiskey Char Finished."
Full-bodied yet silky, but also slightly gooey somehow. Chewy toffee and caramel mix against a backdrop of subtle whiskey warmth and charred wood. A bit understated if not shallow, but easily one of the better beers in the Bull & Bush's troubled repertoire.

L: Pours a dark brown, Amber color with a small white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Sweet caramel, malt, some nuttiness, a slight cherry. Slight bit of peat.
T:. Sweet caramel and malt, mixed with a slight bitterness and hop, a bit of slight cherry. A slight bit of peat and a small hint of whiskey at the end.
F:. Medium body, slightly cola like carbonation.
O:. This is a very pleasant Scotch ale.
