16.9 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with a medium pillowy head that retains well and leaves a little lacing.

The aroma is bready malt and some piney hops and noble hops.

The flavor is sweet cereal malts with skunky hops. The mouthfeel is medium boded.

Overall, tastes more like an imperial pils than an IPA.

Smooth and balanced for a hop-forward IPA. Medium to light bitterness.

Bottle data: Mt. of the Holy Cross 14,009' underneath the bottle cap.

Poured out with a crystal clear, deep amber colored body, lots of fine carbonation rising, and a thick, lasting, white head. Softly scented touches of citrus and floral notes. Very juicy, malty, and well-bittered flavors. Medium body with a crisp, very dry finish.

Well-balanced flavors make this a fine IPA. The hop bitterness builds slowly and leaves a lasting bitterness. Subtle yet complex and very satisfying.

Bull and Bush does it again with their new bottling line!

This one was quite a nice surprise as it definitely had the west coast robustness, but at the same time a nice balance. Would definitely drink again.

a very good ipa from b and b, much better than their overly malty and sugary man beer. it pours clear through honey colored with a one inch white lace head. the nose is bitter hops, with some fruity notes of lemon peel and sour apples. the malt profile is lighter than the man beer, but still a nice dose of english pale malt. flavor is delicious, theres some bitter up front, but the beer eases into a more relaxed taste, more like an american pale ale than a true ipa, there is balance here. the finish is strangely quick and dry, even a little tart, where the lemon really sticks. feel is good, lighter in both body and carbonation than the man beer, so much more drinkable. i really like the mix of hop varieties in this one.

Served cold, in a pint glass, at the Bull & Bush.

I asked the server how this varies from Man Beer. She said No Coast is a "golden IPA and more hoppy."

No Coast has a slightly hazy golden orange color with less than 1/2" of head. The head settles quickly but the beer leaves some lace.

Aroma is sweet and hoppy with an unusual banana smell.

Flavor is big on hoppiness with great tropical fruit quality to it. Lots of citrus and that banana again. I'd really like to know what hops they used to get that flavor. Very unusual but enjoyable.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied with higher carbonation than necessary.

Overall a nicely balanced, strangely tropical, and very tasty.

Pours a light brown and holds a creamy tan head. Light lacing and good retention. Nose has a mixture of citrus and floral hops as well as some nutty malts. Taste is well balanced between bitter hops and sweet malts. Medium body has a crisp carbonation.

Dark golden, clear, with little sign of carbonation. There is a small head that dies into a reasonable amount of lace. Indistinct hop aroma, there, but not overpowering. Tastes like it smells. Indiscript, under hopped, bland. There are hops there, but not enough. The finish is bitter with no character.

A slightly hazed, bright golden/amber color. Nice head on this one, about 2 fingers at first, then settled to a nice layer.
Estery-fruity aroma. Almost seems a bit sweet. Refreshing, though in the "hot" summer (yeah, it's about 75 degrees).
I agree with previous review, this is like the Man beer, however I would say hops are dialed down and the malt is more sweet. I like the titled, though. It's not quite East coast, not quite West...more like, No Coast. Ba-da-bing

Nice orange-yellow color with a decent head. Smells hoppy but tastes very balanced and fruity. Very similar to Man Beer and Justice, hmmm. The only thing wrong with this beer is the price, $6 per pint. WTF? I wish I had known that prior to ordering it. Dman you Bull and Bush!
