Pale yellow body, slightly cloudy; billowy, rocky, white head. Gently sweet and grassy pilsner aroma. Light and herbal flavors with a nice hop bitterness counterpoint. Medium body; smooth and crisp on the palate.
A very fine pilsner, delivering light, tasty cereal grain flavors with a balanced and delectable hop bitterness.

Served cold in a pint glass.
Golden straw color with very good clarity. The head is stark white with good longevity and lacing left behind.
Aroma is like citrus candy - really similar to man beer from what I remember - with sugar crusted orange and lemon zest. Really nice buy not so much like most pilsners.
Flavor is surprisingly intense with very little malt sweetness followed by strong grassy hops. More citrus here too, mostly lemon and orange, with serious bitter kick. This is a very hoppy pils. I guess that's the Uber Duber part.
Mouthfeel is medium light with appropriate carbonation.
A good pils for the hop head. Very strong but maybe with the wrong type of (or at least untraditional) hops? Still enjoyable.
