L: Pours a dark amber red color with a small white head and no lacing on the glass.
S: Nice notes of caramel and toffee, sweet malt followed by a hint of sweet sherry and then balanced off by a very little hint of huckleberry.
T: Strong caramel and toffee, mix with some sweet malt, a nice hint of cherry and huckleberry and a bit of hop to balance make for a very drinkable barley wine.
F: Smooth carbonation, larger body
O: I very much like this take on a barley wine.
