Mostly clear golden body with a white head, spotted lacing. Smells carries the honey, orange, flowers, general botanicals, and white bread well, esters kiss nicely. Taste has the yeast carry more, white bread and grassy hops emerge to differ from the nose, esters are barely a whisper too, honey and grains of paradise really do work nicely to create a gentle springy flavor complexion. Feel is lighter bodied though never thin, yeast and malt constantly guide the feel in a smooth yet elevated way, but no complexity here, very still.

On tap at the brewery. They call it an Easter saison-style beer.
A pinkish gold color, clear. Small white head and flecks of lace.
Honey aroma mostly. A little spice.
Ditto for the taste. Sweet honey, hint of spice.
Very smooth and sweet.

On tap at the Bull & Bush, poured into a tulip.
Appearance - gold, with a small amount of carbonation; head is a minimal white film that produces about as much lacing as expected.
Smell - some spice and honey; yeast in the nose.
Taste - typical farmhouse flavors; nice blend of spice and honey without being sweet!
Feel - the medium body is nice, not as light as I originally expected! Very easy to drink!
Overall - an enjoyable farmhouse, but there are better options.

new one at bull and bush for the spring. pours into a 10oz. chalice a nice shining sunny color with moderate haze and a small soft white head. smells like all kinds of wild honey, which is a key ingredient in this brew. plenty of yeasty spice to follow and a malt body that i cant quite place. flavor is very different, honey flavors but not a sweet beer, flowery palate but not in the hoppy sense. bready body but not from english malts. this one is a bit of an anomaly. the feel is weird too, but appreciated here. plenty of bright carbonation, but a way bigger body than this style usually has, and totally caught me off guard. at first i thought it was too much, but during my second glass i realized its perfect to hold up the honey flavors and spicy hints in there. long drawn out finish. overall a nice new beer but the pour is small and the abv is low, so its not the best value, but its definitely a cool seasonal. well done.
