cool brew, bt only for one per visit. this pours a runny looking espresso brown colow with a minimal head. it smells like sour cherry juice over really dark malts and a ton of alcohol. the flavor is complex. cherries first, tart and dry, then comes the hard roast and finally the booze, which is just as in your face as it is in the nose. the feel is a little thin, which seems odd for such a big beer, but the body just wasnt there. tame carbonation and a gentle texture in the mouth. overall an ambitious brew that would please lovers of fruity stouts.

Chunk is a chocolate cherry stout weighing in at 8.0% ABV.
Served at cellar temp in a 10 oz glass.
Chunk is nearly black in color with creamy tan head. It settles slowly and leaves a little lace on the glass.
Aroma is chocolately and roasty. Not much cherry here.
Flavor is excellent and tastes just as you'd expect from the description.
Mouthfeel is perfect. Creamy smooth, perfectly carbonated, and thankfully not served cold.
