Located right next to Castle Rock Factory Outlets. Really easy to find because its right off of I-25. As I was pulling up next to this building, I was impressed. It was a 3 story building with a balcony to enjoy the food and drink outside. Inside had a Texas style with lots of wood trim and names are branded into the wood. It definitely had a comfortable feel.
The food was very good, but wow, what a short menu. Only 6 items on the lunch menu, and 2 of the items were to add a salad to your entree. They have the usual bar fare like wings and snack foods, and lunch specials. The dinner menu wasn't much bigger with 8 items, -2 for salads. Service was good, nothing special or memorable.
I ordered the beer sampler. They had 7 beers on tap, including a Steam Beer. I thought it was trademarked by Anchor Brewing, so I don't know how they can get away with calling their beer a Steam Beer. All the beers were fair, except for their wheat beer which was really good.
In short, I could see my self going back for the food, catching a tour, and maybe another wheat beer, but don't expect great beer when you go.
