Pale, straw yellow body; thick, foamy head. Light, biscuit aroma; crackers; grassy and lemony scents. Delicate cereal grain flavor with a mild, estery quality. Medium body; soft and smooth on the palate; light, crisp and dry finish.
A light, easy drinking, mildly grainy cream ale with very little hop bitterness. Nicely balanced with distinctive yet subtle flavors.
