Nice looking beer on pour -- slightly cloudy gold-ruby hue with ample creamy head and lots of lace. Aroma is bread and fruit. Taste is complex -- notes of fruit, hops and a pleasant slightly sweet, peppery, crisp finish. 10.1% ABV comes on strong as the beer warms. I like this beer very much. it's a sipper, but it's smooth and well-crafted.
