Growler filled in Yorktown, NY
Pours near clear medium almond amber, lite khaki head, moderate and size and fairly quickly going to a tiny bubble film, low sheeting and fine strands of lacing. Bubbles slowly continue to rise to the top..Decent looking beer.
Nose is all about some pepper, some lime, Belgian yeast and a hint of coriander.
Quite dry and flavorful BSPA, pepper, mint, basil, and spearment tea come to mind. Honey malts on the under side.
Long dry finish, with more lime and pepper. Complex and heady brew. Well done, solid offering from Port jeff.
