On tap at Morrison's in Plainview
A - Copper color with some visible carbonation. Thin foam with decent retention. minimal lacing.
S - Scent of graham crackers, light malts, and honey.
T - Some sweetness from honey is present along with a clean malt profile.
M - Ridiculously sessionable. I had this with lunch and it pairs easily with a spicy\sweet dish.
O - Really hope Mike from Port Jeff makes this one again. It was a collaboration with a brewer from Foothills in North Carolina. Great showing of a true American style of beer.

* Collab with Foothills Brewing Company out of Winson-Salem, NC
A - Hazy apple cider body. Fine white head sits low, but hangs around with nice retention.
S - Relatively bright lemon and thyme with a nice malt backdrop. Champaign yeast.
T - Apricot, grassy hops, biscuity malt, bitter lemon rind.
M - Smooth, light body.
O - Ironically lager like for a common - which I actually really like.
