In town for sisters wedding. Typical murky and golden color. Aroma was of barely and citrus. The two beers I tried at the pub seemed to go for a solid tasting beer that is also refreshing. Light body. mild carbonation. Crisp and refreshing. Can't beat being in Laguna though. I think beer would just taste better there anyway.

The beer poured a cloudy gold with a white head. The aroma is of wheat with citus in the backgound. The taste has a good shap wheat flavor with a hint of hops. The feel is light and wet. This is quite a nice beer I could sit here and dink it the est of the day.

Consumed at brewery, 02/29/08.
Crystal clear dark honey color. Well carbonated. Thin foam skin = head.
Barely-there sweet honey and wheat aroma.
Slightest flavor of corn, immediately subsumed by wheat flavor. Sweet. Faint trace of banana.
Flavor and mouthfeel both a bit thin.
More American style than German.

On tap at at the brewery. This beer poured a clear yellow color with a nice head. From the other review, I am wondering if the recipe has changed. This exhibited no characteristics I normally associate with hefe's. Instead it was a typical filtered American wheat, with a mild aroma. Taste was also very typical.

An exceptionally tasty wheat that is very good looking and satisfying. Cloudy yellow with a nice white head and great
lacing. Light nose of little consequence. The taste is very nice with limited and pleasant spiciness and a nice bread sense. Quite crisp and clean tasting. A very drinkable goodie.
