This i a beer i bought a few weeks ago when i was in Germany. This is a bio Landbier, best before may 2012.
Made with spring water and the rest with bio things. Poured in my Struise glass the fluid is amber coloured with some carbonation, nice head with bigger and smaller bubbles. Smell is like most of German darker beers, a bit with burned malts.
Taste is quit good for a German beer. The first sip gave me a bit of salmiaktaste. For the rest the beer flattens out in a normal beer.
