L- Filtered amber body, visible carbonation activity. Frothy off-white head with medium retention and bubbles around the edges. Leaves a thin crown of head.
S- Moderate floral hops and toasty caramel malts.
T- Floral hops that leave an assertive bitterness at the end. Toasted toffee balancing note, slightly bready.
F- Smooth, medium body.
O- Very nice english IPA. It needs just a very slight higher hop punch, but still a very good brew.

4/5/2015 Update
New version of this beer. Nowhere near as good as original version. Doesn't look or taste like an IPA, more like a amber ale.
April 2014 Review
Very happy to see a new brewery in Cabo, craft is really expanding in the rest of Mexico, glad to see a craft option in the typical wasteland of Mexican beers in Cabo. I got a tour of the brewery and spent time talking to Eduardo the brewer. Very good guy and obviously extremely knowledgeable about craft beer.
Being a true hop head, was pleasantly surprised how good this beer was.
A beautiful beer with a great head poured into a lovely glass.
Excellent smell, thought I was in California for a minute.
Really tasty, with some very high standards from drinking the best IPAs in the US, this one held its own.
Overall a really good beer. In the paradise that Cabo is, having a brewery with many different styles and an excellent IPA makes paradise even better.
