L- Jet black, brown fizzy big bubbles head, no retention at all leaving no head.
S- Roasted coffee and vanilla.
T- Creamy chocolate fudge, roasted coffee. Very slight booze note at the end. A slight charred wood note in the aftertaste.
F- Medium body, smooth and silky.
O- Expected more from looks, smell and aroma than taste, but it was the other way. Really liked the taste but everything was a bit lacking. For a 9.3% ABV brew, the alcohol is almost nowhere to be seen, easy drink.

Deepest possible black color with a thin caramel head.
Predominant and bold aroma of roasted coffee beans. It definitely feels real. Label doesn't say they added coffee. Hints of licorice, caramel, ashes and lactic acid.
Flavor with predominant notes of coffee, mild charred wood, licorice, very mild lactic acid, cocoa, some spices and a bit of charcoal. Dry aftertaste with lasting roasted notes.
Velvet sensation with mild carbonation (carbonation actually escaped through its lousy twist tap and tainted my clothes!). Full body that feels lighter.
This is a great assertive Imperial Stout with clear predominant coffee notes. I initially assumed no coffee addition which was great given the outcome (damn label didn't mention anything); until I researched after review and I confirmed the addition, which is fine, but then not so incredible now.
Still, very nice, well crafted and sure worth trying.

In the wasteland of macro Mexican beers, Ramuri is a solid local brewery. This stout is very solid. Nothing complex about it, but incredibly drinkable. Nice smell, no noticeable alcohol at all. Smooth, easy drinking for 10%.
Any beer geeks headed to Cabo, find Ramuri! You can drink there and get these bottles to go. This one is not on tap.
