Foxy's Stout

Poured a jet black color with a soft, creamy tan head of pillowy foam. Nice frothy suds were left behind as the head receded. It smelled of flaked oats, chocolate, toffee and caramel. The flavor was much the same as the aroma. Fairly sweet with just enough bitterness for some needed balance. It was crisp, smooth and light bodied. This is a light enough stout that it works in the islands. It's certainly a step up from most of the beer around here.
