On tap for The Bruery Sucreversary held at The Phoenix Club in Anaheim, CA.

Pours a clear orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, grain, and caramel aromas. Taste is much the same with toast and caramel flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of toast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is a solid craft take on a Mexican lager.
