Another rotating offering at Taps Fish House and Brewery.
Is a clear light golden color white a thin bubbly white head. Numerous individual bubbles could be seen clinging to the sides of the glass before losing hold and rising to the surface.
Smell was fruity, with a citrusy tang.
Taste was all citrus and hops. Not as sweet as it smelled and possessing a long bitter finish. Left a lingering bitterness at the back of my tongue that grew increasingly unpleasant.
Feel was light, and dry with a sharp tingling on the palate from the carbonation.
Overall, this was my least favorite beer of all the ones I tried at Taps. It had a bitterness that just didn't get me very excited about the beer. Maybe it's the style I'm not crazy about but I won't get this one again, not when the Hefeweizen or Imperial Russian Stout is available.
