16 oz from the tap at the brewer's secondary restaurant location. not overly hazy, golden color, short-lived white head that settles quickly to maybe a 1/16 inch. Fair amount of lacing. The highlights is the smell and taste of a fairly unique coconut overtone. The details of the malt and hop mix are not on the menu. Medium body, nice mouthfeel with moderate to low carbonation. Not much if any bitterness. I like this because of the unusual coconut; not over the top, but more than a subtle hint.
