On-tap at Taps Brea
The pour is a cloudy yellow color with a white head. Smells kind of funky, maybe a bit buttery, but a lot like cheap white wine. There is a strong aroma of green melon, sort of like underripe cantaloupe. Maybe a bit of apple. The flavor has a cheap champagne quality to it. Some white pepper along with lots of the same melon and green apple notes to it. Just very mediocre at best. Light bodied with high carbonation.
