On tap at TAPS Fish House & Brewery in Corona, CA.

Pours a clear light yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, grass, and citrus aromas. Taste is much the same with grass and lemon flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is tasty but smells better in my opinion.

On-tap at Taps

Pours a clear golden color with a big white head. Really nice bread/malt aroma to this. Very clean with a bit of yeast to go along with some floral hops, a touch of pine and citrus give it a more American feel. Slightly sweet from the malt character with a crisp hop character. Nice touch of yeast in there and a really clean, enjoyable beer.

Poured on-tap in a pint glass at Playground in Santa Ana, CA. Surprised I'm the first to review it. Maybe they changed its name?
Reviewed from notes.

A- Two finger white head that is fluffy with a long retention. Pale golden color. Very light and transparent.

S- Honey and crystal malts. Sweet and hearty smelling.

T- Golden malts and sweetness. Very light flavor at the front, but finishes strong and bitter.

M- Light body and dry, but a worthwhile feel though.

O- The parts average out. Best one I've had from TAPS.
