On tap for The Bruery Sucreversary held at The Phoenix Club in Anaheim, CA.
Pours a hazy light yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with malt, grain, spice, white wine, and wood aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour grain, fruit, and white wine flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that has a slightly better white wine barrel aged aspect in the smell in my opinion.

On-tap at Taps Brea
Pale gold in color with a tall white head. Lactic tartness nearly jumps out of the glass. Heavy lemon on the aroma along with a bit of white grape. Nose is a bit of a mix between berliner weiss, cider, and sparkling white wine. Flavor has a nice touch of wood along with the pronounced and sharp lactic acidity. Lots of fruit notes, mostly white wine and green apple. Really interesting and enjoyable.
