The pour is a hazed orange color with a white head. Smells of lemon, green apple, and unripe melon. A touch of white wine and a nice oak quality. The flavor has some of the same notes, mostly the green apple and lemon. There is a slightly abrasive quality to the beer, and it’s a bit solventy and has a little acetone quality. Some oak, high acidity, and a touch of grass. Nice crisp carbonation and mouthfeel.
