Very dark appearance with tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a nice pleasant chocolate. Taste is also a very pleasant chocolate with a touch of alcohol. Very nice

5 oz sample in a souvenir glass at the Inland NW Craft Beer Festival. Dark chocolate cake with a healthy shot of bourbon. The aroma reminds me of hot chocolate made with a very good semi-sweet chocolate. One very tasty stout.
