On tap at post street ale house.
A: diaphanous ruby ale with scattered taupe foam. No lace.
S: molasses and toasted sugars. Some dark stone fruit.
T: sharp with some astringency and bitterness (over steeped green tea bitter, not hop bitter). Some herbal notes juxtaposed with sharp alcohol.
M: sweet and thin with smooth carb. Slightly dry finish. The chemical feel makes my mouth water a bit.
O: I've tried this a couple times. I really feel like this beer needs some substantial adjustments before next harvest. Good luck to this small and new brewery. Hope to see more of their beer on draft.

Pours a garnet red color and is translucent when held up to the light.
Smell is a heavy sweet molasses aroma.
Taste is of dark fruit flavors. Dates, prunes and rasins.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied a little sharp but not cloying.
Very drinkable and tasty but may have high ABV
