Great easy drinking English bitter 4%. Pale gold, hoppy and moorish. Served from hand pump at "The Star Inn", Penzance, Cornwall. Had a meal here too, would recommend despite the shabby appearance. Good pour on the beer, had 4 pints, great session beer. A well kept secret!!

Intense blond color, with some coppery shades. White foam, medium compact, discreet.
Ad the nose you can take a good hop aroma, crisp, with hints of tea, and a decent malt that is still well within sweetness limits.
In the taste even a strong tea with some spicy and hints of light citrus, all on a malted background well present. Even in the finish you will find the same notes (plus a slight final of white peach).
Fresh beer and pleasant, well-balanced with a very noticeable tea but not boring.
