A 500ml bottle with a BB of April 2014, so it's a bit out of date. Purchased a while back from Trembling Madness in York. Lets see how it holds up. Described on the label as an amber ale hopped with plenty of Galaxy.

Poured into a tulip pint glass. Bottle conditioned and very lively. A deep, hazy orange-amber hue with intense carbonation and plenty of fine sediment that clouds the body. Produces a vast head of creamy off-white foam that lasts for ages; it slowly reduces to an exceptionally thick surface layer. Aroma of fruity hops with hints of lime, citrus, mild white grape, subtle tropical fruits, caramel malt and earthy yeast. Rather dry but pleasant.

Tastes of fruity hops and caramel malt with a dry finish. Notes of lime, faint grapefruit, citrus, subtle white grape, hints of tropical fruit, earthy yeast, mild caramel and stewed hops. Highly attenuated, followed by a light, hoppy bitterness upon swallowing. Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with spritzy carbonation and decent body. The yeast coats that palate. Somewhat astringent, accompanied by an aftertaste of dry, earthy yeast, fruity hops and faint malt.

Pretty good, though I suspect this has faded a little. My fault for abandoning it in a cupboard. Looks alright, with a very impressive head that stays the course. The aroma and flavour are fruity and yeasty, supported by a malt backbone. The yeast is rather overdeveloped. Body is OK but a shade too fizzy. Goes down easily - worth sampling if you chance across it.

Tasted by half-a-pint at the Euston Tap. Dark amber in colour, with a light mixture of citric hops and pale-coloured malts on the nose. On the palate it is dry, lightly spicy with tangy hops developing on top of a mild pale malt backbone; finishing dry and well attenuated, lightly aromatic and wonderfully bitter.
