Cask served at the Port Street bar
Lovely looking text book cask beer red clear body with thick microscopic bubbled off white head
Great aroma of citrus and melon with a hint of good Havana cigar
Flavour is likewise but with some most excellent sherry like bitterness
Superb mouthfeel
Awesome ale

Collaboration with Mezzo Passo, 568 ml bottle, Southville Deli, Bristol - Pours hazy dark red/amber with a huge white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Smell - Citrus to the fore, melon and passion fruit. Taste - same as before with a nice dry bitter finish. Lovely heavy hopped red ale.
