330 ml bottle, Southville Deli, Bristol - Pours dark brown with a small thin tanned head which quickly disappears to a lace. Medium carbonation. Aroma - Sweet burnt sugar, notes of dark chocolate, dark berries, hints of vanilla, dates. Taste - Sweet, burnt caramel, roasted malts, dark chocolate, dark berries, dates, dry, longing bitter finish, with a little alcoholic warmth. Feels like a very well produced low ABV Belgian quad. Lovely.
