Gravity halfpint at the Euston Tap.
A: Clear deep ruby body (almost black) under a thin offwhite head that settles into a wispy ring and leaves some decent lace. All right.
S: Interesting. Spicy hops and rich, almost Scotch-like maltiness. A touch of chocolate cake. Quite nice.
T: Rich, round, and complex. Spicy, citrus, and herbal hops in front of creamy, chocolatey, and biscuity malt. Bittersweet finish. Really tasty.
M: Moderate, creamy carbonation in a medium body. Silky. Perfect.
O: Unique take on the style, with tons of complexity. Glad I tried it.
