Poured from a 33cl bottle into a tulip. Consume by Valentine's Day 2015.
A: Really nice looking amber/copperish color. Clear at first, cloudy when yeast swirled on 2nd pour. Nice fluffy white head that stays around for a while. Slight soapy lacing.
S: Lemony/citrus, wheat malt, not much going on here.
T: Lemon pith and tropical fruits. Crisp wheat malt flavor, very clean overall. Tangy yeast character in the finish.
M: Body is on the thinner side of medium. High carb, dry finish.
O: A crisp and refreshing wheat beer perfect for the summer. Purchased at Cave a Bulles in Paris by a travelmate that decided he needed to make room in his suitcase for wine. His loss.
