On-tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, served in a tulip glass.
A- Pours a hazy golden apricot color with a huge, creamy white head, great retention and lacing.
S- Very nice, bright aroma of wheat, fruit, mild hops, along with a nice floral component.
T- Similar to the aroma, mild hoppy bitterness, some citrus and wheat, floral, perfumey flavors.
M- Medium to light bodied, moderate carbonation with a smooth, soft feel.
O- A tasty, highly drinkable beer, I'll definitely get this next time I'm in Europe, if I could buy this here it would be one of my go-to everyday beers.
