Wow great beer. One of the best stout I've had from France. It's bold with a big hop presence. Fruity in the n'ose and woody and earthy in the taste. It's greatly balanced by the malts in particular the spelt malts which gives a bigger complexity to the taste with anutty taste. The mouthfeel could be a bit more thick but it's still in adequacy with the style.
The best beer I've had from this brewery and up there with the best RIS I've had.
