Collaborative work between la Pleine Lune and Thiriez. A tripel brewed with sea salt, peppercorn and coriander. The first beer brewed by la Pleine Lune with spices.
The whole thing is a bit out of balance with a grainy sweetness and a big presence for the coriander.
