Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a chalice.
Appearance: Pours a hazy golden orange. Moderate amount of bubbles and a solid two finger white head that settles into a thin creamy layer.
Smell: A juicy and sweet aroma with a scent of raspberries and grains. Upfront scent of raspberries. Malt hints of grains and cracker with some yeast. Hints of honey sweetness. A decent light aroma.
Taste: Like it smells, a sweet and juicy taste with notes of raspberries and grains. Upfront sweet taste of raspberries, Malt notes of cracker, grains, and straw along with some yeast. Sweet notes of honey. A little coriander. A decent taste.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Crisp and smooth.
Overall: A decent session ale. Nice raspberry flavor.
