On-tap with some friends. Thanks R and D - review from notes
Yellow color, nice foam and lace. Not much smell, some corn and malt. Very clean and light, not enough hops for me, kinda watery

Not much of a description by the brewer for the beer. Just German-style lager.
Pours a clear straw color with one finger of head that slowly settled to a thin cap. Moderate amount of sticky lacing is left down the glass.
Mostly bready malt in the aroma. A hint of grass and pepper from the hops.
The flavor is pretty straight forward German-style lager. Semi-sweet malt dominates with a bready flavor. Bitterness is low with the hops adding just a bit of grassy flavor. Does not finish as crisp as I would like in my summer lager.
Solid body with nice carbonation. Smooth and even texture makes this beer pleasant to drink.
The brewer appears to have gone to a more approachable beer for the casual beer drinker out enjoying the summer festival. This won't do much for the beer geeks.
