Craft Beer expo 2014 notebook notes.
Look : 2 finger head, 50% opacity, with a hazy pineapple colored body sediment floating.
Smell : On the weak side but has malts, yeast, some kettle corn, banana, and boysenberry.
Taste : Good malty profile, with tons of yummy sour Gose flavors. Lots of yeast. Barley malt, honey, orange wedge.
Feel : Light bodied, semi-dry finish.
Overall : If I found it in stores I'd buy it again. Very fruity for a Gose, but I like it.

L: Pours gold with a slight haze under a sticky 2” white to cream foam cap.
S: Spicy salt, lemon and citrus.
T: It starts with some lemony light malt and then you get a touch of salt and then the finish is salt, tart, dry, coriander and wheat.
F: The body is a little above some other Goses but it is still medium to medium light, the carbonation is slightly above average and is fine and soft.
O: This is my go to beer for drinking with cheeses like Epoisses and Humboldt Fog. Too bad they don’t make this more often.
